Who we are

Jadwa for Studies & Development, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Privacy contact: info@jadwa.om.

Data we collect

• Contact details you provide voluntarily in the request form or the AI advisor: name, phone, email and preferred contact method.
• Project information you share: idea, sector, location, estimated investment and notes.
• AI advisor conversation text, processed in real time to generate replies and not stored by the website.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site (such as truncated IP address and browser type), processed by Cloudflare. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your request, preparing a proposal and delivering the service, based on the explicit consent you give when submitting.
• Protecting the website from abuse and spam.
• We send marketing only with separate consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data or share it with marketers. It is processed only by service providers acting for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), the email and task-management tools our team uses to receive requests, and Anthropic, the AI provider that generates the advisor's replies. Some of this processing may take place outside Oman under appropriate contractual safeguards.

The AI advisor

The AI advisor is an automated assistant that provides general information, not binding advice. Please don't enter sensitive data or trade secrets; share those with our team under an NDA if you wish. You can ask for a person at any time.

Confidentiality of project data

Project ideas and data are handled in strict confidence and never shared with third parties without your consent. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.

Retention

We keep request data only as long as needed for its purpose, and no longer than twenty-four months for people who do not become clients; it is then deleted. Client data is kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) you may access, correct, delete and port your data, withdraw consent at any time and object to processing. Write to info@jadwa.om; you may also complain to Oman's competent personal-data protection authority.

Security

The entire site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access controls apply to the systems that receive requests.

Updates

We may update this policy; the date above changes with each update.
